Mns Core Senior Services Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled MNS Core Senior Services Engineer with deep experience in Ericsson Core and IMS platforms, network performance, and automation. This role will support Managed Services delivery and drive operational excellence across critical core components.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Operate and troubleshoot Core & IMS nodes (MSS, MSC, MGW, STP, CSCF, SBC, MTAS, IPWorks)
✔️ Manage Ericsson O&M platforms – BSP 8100, AXE 810, APZ 212 50/60, APG43L, CPP
✔️ Resolve international roaming issues and coordinate with global partners
✔️ Automate network activities using Shell, Python, SQL, MongoDB, ELK stack, REST API
✔️ Analyze performance KPIs using tools like SAP BI, ENIQ, UPM
✔️ Handle cloud-based application nodes such as SBC, BGF, CTC, IPWorks
✔️ Perform emergency handling, node integrations, HLR redundancy, and HW/SW upgrades
✔️ Use protocol analyzers (Wireshark, K15, MasterClaw) and Ericsson tools (MHWEB, Primus, MO-Shell)
✔️ Improve and maintain KPIs: LU, ASR, Paging, HO, and more
Candidate Profile:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in Ericsson Core & IMS O&M environments
✔️ Strong expertise in traffic flow analysis, performance tuning, and KPI reporting
✔️ Deep knowledge of signaling protocols: SS7/IP, SIP, Diameter, ISUP, BICC, MAP, CAP
✔️ Familiar with AXE platform internals and PLEX (plus)
✔️ Strong tracing skills and experience with DT configuration and performance reports
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and emergency handling skills
✔️ Fluent in English with strong communication and reporting abilities
✔️ Able to work under pressure, including weekends and night shifts when required
