Mobile Core Performance

 Responsibilities:

✔️ Analyze and audit network KPIs and capacity across CS/IMS/IN/PS domains
✔️ Conduct advanced performance reporting using ENIQ, BO, Anritsu MasterClaw
✔️ Perform root cause analysis for KPIs like NER, ASR, ACT, VoIP metrics (MOS, Jitter, Delay)
✔️ Handle Ericsson core nodes: MSC-S, MGW, STP, IMS, SGSN, PGW, PCRF, CCN, SDP, AIR
✔️ Manage performance during high-load events (Ramadan, Hajj, Eid, emergencies)
✔️ Lead cross-functional coordination for capacity planning, expansions, software upgrades, and hardware rollout
✔️ Analyze International & Roaming KPIs (MAP & Diameter) and steer improvements
✔️ Configure and tune performance thresholds and statistical alarms
✔️ Provide service impact reports and predictive analysis using historical data
✔️ Contribute to automation and improvement of performance processes
✔️ Create and manage BI dashboards and advanced Power BI reports
✔️ Support operator and CITC performance requests and ad-hoc reports
Technical Requirements:

✔️ 5+ years of experience in Ericsson Mobile Core Network Performance
✔️ Deep technical knowledge in CS Core (MSC, MGW, STP), PS Core (SGSN, PGW), IMS, and IN
✔️ Expert in signaling protocols: ISUP, BICC, MAP, CAP, SIP, Diameter, H.248
✔️ Hands-on experience with ENIQ BO, MasterClaw, Unix scripting, SQL procedures
✔️ Understanding of mobile interfaces (Iu, A, Gx, Gy, S1, S6a, SGS, Gi, Cx, Dx, etc.)
✔️ Strong command of traffic analysis, node capacity, and congestion forecasting
✔️ Comfortable using MML commands and working with large telecom databases (Oracle, MSSQL)
✔️ Familiarity with Ericsson OSS, NIRs, ENM, and network IQ packages
