Qualifications
Experience: OpenShift operations, administration, and automation.
Container Platforms: Expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and OpenStack.
Cloud & Storage: Experience with OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF), OpenShift Container Storage (OCS), and Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE).
Security & Identity Management: Strong understanding of LDAP integration and RBAC in OpenShift.
Automation & CI/CD: Experience with GitOps, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, Helm).
Monitoring & Logging: Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and OpenShift monitoring tools.
Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

PreferredCertifications:
Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
Kubernetes Certified Administrator (CKA)
OpenStack Administrator Certification
