Patient Educators

Description:

At Smart Health, we’re looking for a dedicated Patient Educators in Riyadh & Jeddah to join our team.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities:
-Educate patients & families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
-Develop tailored educational materials.
-Assess patient understanding & support self-management.
-Collaborate with providers to align care plans.
-Evaluate educational materials for accuracy & relevance.
-Create materials and curricula to meet regulatory standards.
-Design and evaluate health education programs.
-Deliver resources via education, materials, and service agreements.
-Support healthcare providers with education programs.
-Develop training protocols and education standards.
-Coordinate community education and outreach.
-Manage inventory of materials and supplies.
-Support daily program operations.
-Monitor patient progress and adapt educational approaches.
-Prepare reports on program effectiveness.

🎓 Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s in Health Education, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related fields.
-1–2 years of relevant experience.
-Valid SCFHS license.
-Bilingual proficiency in Arabic & English.
-Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
-Strong organizational & attention-to-detail abilities.
-Proficiency in MS Office & AV equipment.
-Familiarity with physical exams and medical interviewing.
-A driver’s license is a plus.
