Payments Lead

Description:

The Payments Lead will manage the bank’s critical payments processing platforms, focusing on leading the migration from Oracle Flexcube 11.2 to Oracle Banking Payments (OBP) 14.7 with minimal disruption.

This role requires strong leadership and domain expertise in banking payments, coordinating across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure a seamless transition while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Migration Leadership: Lead end-to-end migration with minimal disruption.
✅ Functional & Technical Oversight: Own payment workflows, configure OBP modules, validate functional specs.
✅ Business Engagement: Liaise with business, operations, and compliance teams for requirements and UAT planning.
✅ Vendor Coordination: Manage deliverables with Oracle and Profinch, oversee integrations, and resolve issues.
✅ Risk & Compliance: Ensure audit controls, fallback scenarios, and compliance during migration.
✅ Post-Migration Stabilization: Lead defect resolution, SLA monitoring, and performance optimization.
✅ Production Readiness: Validate HA/DR setups, define SOPs, and lead dry runs.

Skills & Experience:
8–10 years of experience in banking payments and Oracle Banking Products.

Hands-on expertise with payment streams and workflows.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Deep knowledge of banking business and payment processes.
