Procurement Manager

Description:

REDCON International is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join its construction team for the Banan Project in Riyadh.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
✅ Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in the construction industry
✅ Valid transferable Iqama (Mandatory)
✅ Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
✅ Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies
• Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
• Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
• Build and maintain supplier relationships
• Monitor procurement budgets and purchasing activities
• Coordinate with planning and project teams to ensure timely procurement
