Key Responsibilities and Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP and Facility Management operations.
* Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, Fire Alarm, and Elevator Systems.
* Proven track record of managing and coordinating a workforce of more than 50 personnel.
* Ability to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across multiple technical disciplines.
