REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
* Proven experience in managing and executing housing projects
* Experience in managing project teams and subcontractors
* Ability to manage project budgets, costs, and schedules
* Familiarity with quality and safety standards
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Prior experience with housing projects in KSA is preferred
