A leading hospitality group in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support daily branch operations and lead the team to deliver outstanding performance and excellent customer service.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain high service, operational, and brand standards.
• Monitor sales performance, labor productivity, attendance, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Control stock handling, product availability, and wastage.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain a strong floor presence.

🔹 REQUIREMENTS

✅ Arabic-speaking ability is mandatory.
✅ Proven experience in French cafés or French restaurants is a must.
✅ Previous experience in F&B, restaurant, or café management.
✅ Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
