Description:
Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry
Proven leadership in directing complex, high-value construction projects
Native Arabic speaker with strong communication skills in English
Strong knowledge of local regulations, contracts (FIDIC is a plus), and project governance
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery on scope, time, and budget
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
