Project Engineer

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our clients team in Saudi. This is a pivotal role responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of both Greenfield and Brownfield capital projects.

You won't just be supervising construction; you will be the technical anchor for design coordination, permitting, and procurement.

🏗️ The Role:
As a Project Engineer, you will drive projects from the "Krooky" and land deed stage through to final handover. You will liaise with architects, MEP teams, and consultants to ensure every technical detail aligns with the Project Charter.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Pre-Construction: Lead the development of Scopes of Work (SOW) for topographical surveys and geotechnical investigations.

Procurement & Tendering: Prepare RFIs, perform technical evaluations of contractor bids, and manage CAPEX documentation.

Implementation: Oversee site activities, review Method Statements (MOS) and shop drawings, and manage snag lists to ensure high-quality delivery.

Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets weekly, track PO closures, and coordinate with Finance for CAPEX approvals.

🎯 Who We Are Looking For:
Nationality: Saudi National (Required).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 8 years in civil engineering and project execution
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is essential
Competencies: Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to analyze complex technical proposals.
