Project Finance Modelling Specialist

An exciting opportunity to join a leading infrastructure investment platform working on large-scale PPP, power, water and infrastructure projects.
MISOGI Partners is looking for a Financial Modelling Specialist who can support investment decisions, project bids, financial close and post-investment performance monitoring across complex infrastructure transactions.
 Role Highlights

• Build and review advanced project finance models for IPP / IWP / PPP projects
•  Support M&A, investments, valuation and financial close processes
•  Perform DCF, IRR, NPV analysis, scenario modelling & dashboards
•  Work closely with developers, lenders, financial advisors & SPVs
•  Exposure to power, desalination, storage and infrastructure assets

 Ideal Candidate

•  Strong 3-statement financial modelling & project finance knowledge
•  Advanced Excel + exposure to VBA / Power BI / Bloomberg
•  Understanding of debt structures, covenants & financial compliance
• CFA / CA preferred | Finance or Engineering background
