🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

✅ 15–20 years of experience in engineering project management

🏢 Mandatory experience in multi-story residential tower projects

Project Planning & Execution
Construction Management
Team Leadership & Supervision
Quality Control & Assurance
Cost Management & Budget Control
Schedule Monitoring & Project Delivery

🤝 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

🏅 PMP Certification or equivalent professional certification is preferred
