Quality Control Engineer

Description:

A leading fabrication company in Saudi Arabia is inviting applications for the position of Quality Control Engineer (Pressure Vessel & Heat Exchanger).

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control within pressure vessel and shell & tube heat exchanger fabrication projects.

Strong working knowledge of ASME codes, inspection and test plans (ITPs), welding procedures, material verification, NDT coordination, hydrotesting, final dossier preparation, and client/third-party inspections is essential. The candidate must be confident in interpreting technical drawings, project specifications, and international standards while ensuring full compliance throughout the manufacturing cycle.

Experience in managing stage-wise inspections, leading QC teams, handling non-conformance reports (NCRs), conducting root cause analysis, and driving continuous quality improvement will be highly preferred.
