Description:

 Key Responsibilities Include:
🧾 Cost Estimation & BOQ Preparation for civil, MEP & telecom projects
📑 Tendering support – pricing, costing, compliance & supplier coordination
💰 Budgeting, cost control, & value engineering
📶 Telecom Estimation: OFC trenching, ducting, towers, shelters, manholes
🗂️ Maintain EDMS-based documentation systems and accurate project reports

🎓 Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / QS for engineering roles
✅ Any bachelor's degree for Document Controller
📆 Minimum 8 years of experience in KSA (construction or telecom projects)
💡 Strong command of: AutoCAD, MS Excel (Advanced), Primavera/MS Project
📘 Familiarity with FIDIC & telecom provider tenders (📡 STC, ZAIN, MOBILY, ARAMCO)
