Quantity Surveyor

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQ for projects
Review drawings and extract accurate quantities
Prepare cost estimates and cost control reports
Monitor project budgets and variations
Coordinate with technical office and site teams
Review contractor invoices and progress claims
Support procurement with material cost analysis

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architecture / Quantity Surveying or related field
4–6 years of experience as QS in construction projects
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation
Experience in project cost control and contracts
Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
Knowledge of Saudi market pricing is preferred
Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia
