✔️ Specialization Certification (One of the following):
American/Canadian Board (3+ years)
UK CCT (3+ years)
CESR (5+ years)
Australia/NZ Royal College Fellowship (3+ years)
Western European Specialization (e.g., Facharzt, 5+ years)
✔️ Bilingual (English & Arabic)? A strong advantage!
