1️⃣ RCM Manager
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare related Field (Faculty of Medicine / Pharmacy)
• 6+ years in RCM / Medical Billing
• 2 years in a supervisory / team lead role
• Full knowledge of NPHIES, ICD-10 coding and MOH regulation
• Strong knowledge of Claims Management and Pre-authorization
• Strong Insurance Relations, communication and analytical skills
