Key Responsibilities:
• Formulation and development of cosmetic & personal care products
• Raw material evaluation, stability testing, and optimization
• Supporting scale-up from laboratory to production

Profile Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Cosmetic Science or related field
• 2–5 years hands-on experience in cosmetic R&D
• Strong formulation and ingredient expertise
