Sap Supply Chain Lead

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Supply Chain Architect to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive supply chain solutions using SAP S/4HANA and planning tools such as IBP and APO. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered 45 full-cycle S/4HANA projects and brings deep functional and technical expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and Logistics Execution.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Architect and lead end-to-end SAP Supply Chain solutions across S/4HANA and integrated planning platforms.
Special focus on Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, and Production Planning using IBP, MRP Live, and legacy APO.
Deliver scalable design across MM, PP, SD, TM, QM, and EWM (embedded/decentralized).
Translate business processes into SAP best practices using Clean Core and BTP-based extensibility.
Establish data strategy for Material Master, BOMs, Routings, and Production Versions.
Integrate seamlessly with MES, WMS, TMS, 3PL, IBP, and Ariba.
Drive advanced forecasting and planning scenarios using SAP IBP and analytics tools.
Leverage Fiori apps, Embedded Analytics, and KPI dashboards for operational visibility.
Lead Data Migration, Testing, and Cutover activities in the supply chain domain.
Guide cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of SAP experience across Supply Chain, Planning, and Manufacturing.
4+ full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects including planning modules.
Expertise in IBP, APO (DP/SNP/PPDS), MRP Live, Advanced ATP, and Production Planning.
Hands-on knowledge of integration protocols: IDocs, BAPIs, OData, CPI, BTP APIs.
Experience with MES, third-party WMS/TMS, and planning tool integrations.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or IT.
SAP certifications in S/4HANA or IBP preferred.
