Are you an experienced AP Accountant looking for an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry? We are seeking a Senior AP Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, specializing in electrical panels & switchgear manufacturing. If you have expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA, vendor reconciliations, GR/IR clearing (MR11), and Saudi tax compliance, we’d love to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage the full-cycle AP process and ensure timely vendor payments
✅ Perform GR/IR reconciliation (MR11) and vendor statement settlements
✅ Handle daily bank collections and payments, ensuring accurate deductions
✅ Monitor vendor advances, reconcile with invoices, and manage procurement petty cash
✅ Prepare comprehensive purchase reports and obtain year-end vendor confirmations
✅ Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT, WHT, and ZATCA regulations
✅ Utilize SAP ECC or S/4HANA for AP management and reporting

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of AP experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
✔ Strong knowledge of Saudi tax regulations (VAT, WHT, ZATCA)
✔ Proficiency in SAP ECC or S/4HANA ERP and Microsoft Excel
✔ Excellent skills in reconciliations, vendor management, and procurement finance
✔ SOCPA, CPA, or CMA certification is a plus
