QUALIFICATIONS

·      Possess a recognized bachelor’s degree or master’s in information technology, banking / finance

·      Desired skills with TOGAF, Zachman/Other architectural modelling techniques

·      Strong understanding of DMBoK framework

·      In depth understanding of KSA National Data Management Office (NDMO) regulation

·      Strong understanding of KSA Personal Data Protection Law

·      Good level of understanding of KSA Cybersecurity regulation (NCA)

·      Usage of architect / modelling tools like Erwin, Visio, SAP PowerDesigner, Mega, ABACUS Avolution, Aris and/or Architect Certification would be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

·      10+ years working experience, with a minimum 5 years in banking environment in data related work as architect

·      At least 8 years’ experience in enterprise IT, including senior roles in at least one full data architecture projects, preferably in the banking industries

·      Proven expertise with data modeling, database design, and data management techniques and models including:

- Data warehousing / data marts

- Data Mining

- ETL

- RDBMS

- NoSQL

- Big Data

- Conceptual, Logical and Physical data modeling with ERDs

- Familiarity with object modeling in UML

·      Exposure to large scale business transformation project is an added advantage

·      Minimum five years in business, plus experience working in or closely with IT on process design or architecture

·      In depth knowledge of EDW architectural frameworks / EDW conceptual, logical data models for financial industry

·      Fair knowledge of Big Data architectural frameworks
