Senior Facilities Manager

EWI is supporting a leading European consultancy in the search for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join a major freight and passenger rail project in Riyadh. This is an urgent and exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact infrastructure program in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities Include:
🔹 Oversee operational management of rail facilities
🔹 Develop and implement FM strategies and procedures
🔹 Coordinate across engineering, construction, and operations teams
🔹 Lead a multidisciplinary team
🔹 Manage budgets and contracts
🔹 Ensure EHS and sustainability compliance

Requirements:
✔️ Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Rail)
✔️ 20+ years of experience, incl. 10+ in rail
✔️ 5+ years in a leadership role on large-scale projects
✔️ Strong stakeholder and project lifecycle management skills
✔️ Knowledge of international rail FM standards
