Senior Finance Manager

We are sharing an opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join a growing organization in Jeddah. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong experience in financial reporting, construction/project-based industries, and team leadership.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and accruals
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and Saudi regulatory requirements
• Improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls

Accounts Payable & Treasury
• Manage accounts payable for suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinate payment schedules and maintain supplier records
• Monitor cash flow and support cash flow forecasting
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Support collections and working capital management

Team & Stakeholder Management
• Lead and support finance team members
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with procurement and project teams

🔹 Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
✔ CPA / ACCA is an advantage
✔ Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial reporting
✔ Experience in construction or project-based industries
✔ Strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA regulations, and Saudi compliance requirements
✔ Strong Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills
✔ Experience in banking, treasury, and project financial controls
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
