We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to support business decision-making through financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

Analyze financial performance and identify business trends.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support strategic planning and business initiatives.

Monitor KPIs and recommend performance improvements.

Conduct variance analysis and financial modeling.

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial outcomes.

Present financial insights to senior management.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

✅ 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Corporate Finance.

✅ Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting.

✅ Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.

✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
