Senior Financial Analyst Position

On behalf of a leading holding group, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team.

This role is ideal for professionals with Big 4 experience and strong FP&A expertise, preferably within real estate, investment, or asset management environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Analyze financial performance and provide insights on business trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and strategic forecasts for senior leadership.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and internal financial controls.

• Enhance financial reporting processes and support data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business units.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

✔ Big 4 experience (Audit or Transaction Services preferred)

✔ Exposure to Real Estate, Investment, or Asset Management sectors

✔ Experience working within holding companies or diversified groups
