Senior Hardscaping Specialist

Key Responsibilities:*

* Interpret and execute landscape construction drawings and layouts
* Lead or support installation of hardscape features to design standards
* Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and organization
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers
* Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds expectations

🎓 *Requirements:*

* *Minimum 8 years of experience* in hardscaping, interlocking, or landscape construction
* Strong expertise in using masonry tools, compactors, cutters, and layout instruments
* Ability to manage workloads efficiently and meet deadlines
* Physically fit and capable of handling outdoor labor in various weather conditions
* High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)
* Leadership or crew management experience is a strong plus
