We are actively looking for a Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Riyadh as part of a high-impact Managed Services Provider (MSP) structure supporting Telstra Health’s PowerHealth implementations.

🔧 Role Summary:
This role blends L1/L2 support with enhanced responsibilities—acting as the local escalation and coordination point for infrastructure and integration-related activities in a healthcare-focused tech environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on support for desktops, VDI, networking, AD, and infrastructure issues.
Coordinate with central teams and manage local escalations.
Lead local GCC-based integration resources and ensure infrastructure readiness.
Participate in deployments, readiness reviews, and change management briefings.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
6+ years in L1/L2 infrastructure support roles.
Proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, and Networking.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
MSP environment experience with ITIL/SLA frameworks.
Bonus: Experience in healthcare or clinical IT environments.
