Description:

A law firm headquartered in Jeddah is seeking to recruit a Senior Licensed Lawyer with extensive experience in disputes resolution, Islamic transactions and litigation.The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing legal documents and memoranda for litigation before courts and all other judicial bodies.

- Analyze and develop effective legal strategies for commercial and international disputes.

- Provide legal advice to clients.

- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes prior to litigation.

Requirements:

- Licensed to practice law.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience.

- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.

- Strong communication and analytical skills.
