**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Lighting Control & CBS Presales Engineer** to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with leading lighting control and automation systems, along with strong presales and technical expertise to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide **technical presales support**, including system design, solution proposals, and BOQ preparation for lighting control and CBS projects.
- Conduct **product demonstrations, trainings, and technical presentations** for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to deliver **customized, cost-effective solutions**.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in **smart lighting, IoT-based controls, and building automation**.
- Assist in **bid management, tender submissions, and compliance reviews**.
- Develop **lighting control strategies, DMX systems, DALI, KNX, and other protocols** as per project requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of lighting control systems with **BMS, HVAC, and other building automation systems**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- **Proven hands-on experience** with lighting control systems such as:
- **Eaton, Dynalite, Pharos, Inotech, Color Kinetics, ABB, iLight, Zeros, ISAAC**, etc.

- Strong knowledge of **KNX, DALI, DMX, BACnet, Modbus**, and other control protocols.
- Experience in **presales engineering, solution design, and technical proposal writing**.
- Ability to interpret **electrical drawings, lighting layouts, and control schematics**.
- Familiarity with **DIALux, AutoCAD, or similar design tools (a plus).**
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field**.
- Minimum **5-7 years** of relevant experience in **lighting control and automation**.
