Senior Mechanical Engineer

Description:

Piping Systems (Piping, Supports, Valves, and all associated Fittings).
 

• Technical/Engineering Roles:
  • Prepare/review detailed engineering piping design, specification and technical datasheets of valves, and all associated fittings for FEED projects.
  • Prepare/review detailed piping design 2D/3D layout drawings for mechanical piping systems, ensuring they meet defined project scope and requirements.
  • Review/approval flow simulation and design calculation reports.
  • Review/approval stress analysis and flow calculation reports to ensure piping mechanical system integrity and compliance with relevant standards and codes (API, ASME, SAES).
  • Review/approval material requisition and MTOs during FEED stage.
  • Materials science/selection, considering factors such as thermal conditions, fluid types, and pressure ratings.
  • Manage/review vendors document to evaluate options and provide technical bid evaluation TBE.
