Senior Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Head Nurse to oversee our Labor and Delivery unit. The Head Nurse will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care throughout their labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of nurses, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate patient care with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Assess and monitor patients throughout labor and delivery, providing pain management and support as needed
