In this role, you'll lead the development and customization of Odoo ERP modules to support critical healthcare functions—from patient management to procurement, billing, and reporting. You’ll also manage system integrations, server environments, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust, business-aligned solutions.
What You'll Do:
Design and develop custom Odoo modules tailored to healthcare workflows
Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (LIS, HIS, medical equipment)
Handle data migration and maintain system integrity
Manage Linux servers (Ubuntu/CentOS) hosting Odoo instances
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system security
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation
What We’re Looking For:

4–10 years of hands-on Odoo development experience
Expert in Python, Odoo framework, and PostgreSQL
Strong knowledge of Linux server administration
Experience with APIs, version control (Git), and system integration
Healthcare domain experience is a big plus
Odoo certifications, front-end (JS/HTML/CSS), and cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, etc.) are advantages
