Description:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed Revit MEP models for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and/or Electrical systems.
Prepare MEP layouts, sections, shop drawings, schedules, and construction documentation.
Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural disciplines.
Required Skills
Revit MEP – Mandatory
AutoCAD
Navisworks Manage
BIM Coordination & Clash Detection
Strong understanding of MEP systems
Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD 300/400
