Key Details:
Ø Proven experience in migrating BMC Remedy to ServiceNow.
Ø Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Portal implementation and data migration.
Ø Strong experience in implementing next-gen capabilities.
Ø Experience integrating ServiceNow with JIRA, CMDB, Dynatrace, Splunk, and enterprise applications.
Ø AI-driven analytics (AIOps) experience.
Ø Hands-on data migration expertise, ensuring seamless transition and data integrity.
Ø Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, web services, and automation scripting.
Ø Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
