🔍 What You’ll Do:
✅ Define scalable, secure, cloud-ready ServiceNow architecture
✅ Lead migration from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity and operational continuity
✅ Drive AI-powered automation for proactive incident resolution, request routing, and SLA optimization
✅ Implement & enhance ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Service Portal modules
✅ Develop integrations with enterprise tools such as JIRA, Dynatrace, Splunk, CMDB, Alfabet EA, and PPM tools
✅ Refine the IT Service Catalog, SLAs, OLAs, and RACI models for service governance
✅ Manage SIT & UAT, change enablement, and post-implementation enhancements

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Certifications Required:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Portal)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
🛠️ Experience & Skills:
Proven track record in BMC Remedy to ServiceNow migration
Expertise in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and data migration
Hands-on experience with AIOps, CMDB architecture, integrations, and automation scripting
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, web services
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
