✅ Installation and Administration
✅ Experience in SharePoint web parts, document Libraries, and List Libraries (creation of site pages and web parts)
✅ Good knowledge of SharePoint Designer
✅ Good knowledge of deploying web-based solutions using PowerShell
✅ Hands-on experience in Backup and Restore of SharePoint sites using Central Admin and PowerShell
✅ Hands-on experience managing Search Schema in SharePoint, defining scope of searches, and working with External Content Types
✅ Hands-on experience managing service applications in SharePoint
✅ Hands-on experience configuring out-of-the-box workflows in SharePoint
✅ Experience managing BCS (Business Connectivity Service Applications)
✅ Experience in site configuration and user management
✅ Experience in SharePoint migration from older versions to newer versions
✅ Hands-on experience installing and configuring IIS Server
✅ Good knowledge of SQL Server (database, etc.)
✅ Good communication skills
