Site Architect

Description:

Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior design from reputable University.

Broad knowledge of at least ten (10) years of experience in the Architecture and Construction side.

Experience of at least 7 years in the Middle East, minimum 4 of them in the KSA.

Track record of working with both Consultants & contractors a Plus.

Well versed in spoken and written English. Arabic language is a Plus.

Knowledge of Interior design a plus.

Specific Job requirements

Supervise site works , ensure design intent & quality control are met.

Co-ordinate between contractors & consultants.

Manage the production of shop drawings.

Manage submittals of and approval of contractors’ shop drawings.
