Sr. Collaboration Engineer

Description:

• 12+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Collaboration solutions.
• Proven experience with CUCM, UCCX/UCCE, Unity Connection, Webex, Expressway, and voice/video gateways.
• Perform implementation, configuration, and support of Cisco Collaboration solutions, including CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), CUC, UCCX/UCCE, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS),Webex, TelePresence, and Voice Gateways.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice, video, and collaboration issues.
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of collaboration systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Cisco Collaboration solutions.
• Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to optimize the customer’s collaboration environment.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide improvement plans for existing infrastructure.
• Monitor collaboration platforms, identify risks, and address performance issues.
• Perform system health checks, patching, and upgrades to ensure stability and reliability.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including configurations, diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
• Work with Cisco TAC and BU (Business Unit) for escalations and resolution of complex issues.
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Collaboration (CCIE Collaboration) is a plus.
