Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Substation Protection Engineer to design, develop, and implement protection schemes for high-voltage substations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in substation protection, control, and automation.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop protection schemes for high-voltage substations

- Conduct studies and analyses to identify protection requirements

- Develop and review protection settings and configurations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure protection schemes meet operational requirements

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in protection technology

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in substation protection engineering

- Strong knowledge of protection principles, practices, and standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC)

- Experience with protection relays and control systems (e.g., SEL, ABB, Siemens)

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
