Description:

Seeking for a seasoned Sustainability and Life Cycle Cost Specialist to optimize environmental and economic outcomes in large-scale construction projects through expert sustainability strategies and life cycle cost analyses.

Responsibilities:

- Review and approve sustainability designs ensuring compliance with international standards (LEED, BREEAM)
- Conduct life cycle cost analyses (LCCA) for optimal long-term outcomes
- Evaluate energy efficiency, water conservation, material selection, and environmental impact
- Provide expert feedback to enhance sustainability performance
- Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and international sustainability standards

Requirements:

- BSc in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Architecture, or related field (15+ years of experience)
- MSc in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Architecture, or related field (12+ years of experience)
- Chartered membership in a recognized institution (USGBC, CIBSE, or equivalent)
- 10-15 years of experience in sustainability and life cycle cost analysis (5+ years in leadership/supervisory role)
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency an asset)
