Team Leader

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader for Last Mile Delivery to oversee daily delivery operations, manage field delivery staff, and ensure seamless customer experience. You will play a key role in achieving on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

We're expanding our team and looking for proactive Hub Team Leaders to join our fast-growing, innovative startup in the heart of Riyadh.

As a Team Leader – Last Mile Delivery, you’ll play a vital role in:
• Overseeing last-mile delivery operations
• Managing delivery associates and field staff
• Ensuring on-time deliveries and excellent customer experience
• Tracking KPIs and reporting team performance

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Supervising and coordinating delivery teams
• Monitoring real-time delivery performance
• Ensuring accurate and timely delivery as per client SLA’s.
• Resolving field-level issues promptly
• Managing driver schedules, discipline, and SOP compliance
• Coordinating with First mile & Middle mile for achieving daily KPI target.
• Reporting delivery metrics and performance insights.

Requirements :
• 3+ years in last-mile logistics or fleet operations. With Educational Qualification of 10+2.
• Hands-on team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of logistics KPIs
• Problem-solving mindset with great communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with delivery apps/tools
• Field-ready attitude — willing to be on-ground regularly & Arabic speaking is mandatory.
