Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will manage client accounts, identify growth opportunities, coordinate with internal teams, and help maximize customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
Prepare account performance reports and forecasts.
Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.
Achieve account retention and revenue growth targets.
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
✅ 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
✅ Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
✅ Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Experience using CRM platforms is preferred.
✅ Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
✅ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
