Role Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for discovering new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to successful sales closure.
• Developing and delivering high-quality sales presentations, demos, and other value proposition activities.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Participate with the product team and marketing team in planning and overall enhancement to offer the best products/services to the targeted clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent fields, Information Technology certification is preferred.
• Proven experience working on SaaS sales activities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
