Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive acquisition and revenue growth in the market with specific focus on Turkey.

• Create a multi-channel community building strategy across social media platforms; Wechat/ Telegram, Facebook, X, Instagram, Reddit, Discord etc

• Monitor discussions, threads, and trends within the iGaming community to identify opportunities for engagement.

• Utilise an existing network of streamers/ Influencers and affiliates to optimize traffic and increase customer acquisition.

• Implement strategies to engage followers and increase the size and engagement of community.

• Use data-driven insights to optimize affiliate and social media strategies and improve community engagement.

Requirements

• Strong iGaming experience in Turkish market with an existing network to support community growth.

• Proven experience in Acquisition and Social Media Community Management in the iGaming industry.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Fluency in English and Turkish is essential.

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in data reporting and analytical tools.

• Passion for Crypto, iGaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture.

• Ability to work remote as a contractor.
