🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Oversee multiple store operations across Riyadh, ensuring smooth daily performance
✔ Support and coach Store Managers to drive sales, quality, and guest experience
✔ Maintain brand standards, store visuals, and operational excellence
✔ Monitor KPIs, control costs, and optimize staffing levels
✔ Assist with new store openings and local market activations
✔ Collaborate with HQ teams on promotions, training, and seasonal campaigns
✔ Be a culture carrier — motivating teams and living the brand values

What You Bring
▪ 4–6 years of multi-site retail or F&B management experience
▪ Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
▪ A love for great service, energetic teams, and positive vibes
▪ Data-savvy with solid experience in cost, labor, and performance metrics
▪ Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus!)
▪ Based in Riyadh or ready to relocate
▪ Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
