Automated Operations Engineers

We are looking for a proactive and innovative Automated Operations Engineer to join our Ericsson team in Riyadh. This role plays a vital part in maintaining our high standards for customer service and network performance. ✅ Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Monitor services and handle network/resource alarms (1st Level)
✔️ Troubleshoot and follow up on critical/major network cases
✔️ Conduct performance checks and initial analysis for customer complaints
✔️ Prepare shift-based HO reports with accurate status updates
✔️ Collaborate across teams to improve network reliability and issue response
✔️ Work rotating shifts, including nights and public holidays (Eid, ND, etc.)

🧠 Required Skills & Experience:

✔️ 1–3 years in Telecom or IT operations
✔️ Strong understanding of network (RAN, Transmission, Core)
✔️ Solid Unix Shell scripting and database skills
✔️ Proficient in Java/Groovy, PHP, JavaScript, and Python
✔️ Basic Linux hardware knowledge
✔️ Experience in 24/7 network monitoring
✔️ Excellent customer handling and troubleshooting skills
