Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Fine Dining Restaurant
• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar senior bar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, and inventory management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Experience in high-end hospitality, luxury hotels, or fine dining is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
