Requirements:

- 7–10 years' experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in healthcare or insurance)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall, BRDs, and stakeholder communication
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Tamkeen (GOSI PM tool)
- Bachelor's in Business, Healthcare, or IT
- English fluency (Arabic preferred); immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Domain Experience:

- Clinical workflow/digital medical records
- Health insurance systems (claims, eligibility)
- Digital health platforms and healthcare integrations
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and data privacy
- Experience in social insurance organizations a plus
