🔹 Client Relationship Management

* Build strong, trust-based relationships with MSB clients
* Understand client needs and deliver tailored support and solutions
* Identify and nurture new business opportunities

🔹 Product / Service Development

* Collaborate with internal teams to design offerings that suit MSB requirements
* Conduct competitor analysis and market research to guide product design

🔹 Business Growth Strategy

* Create and execute strategies for expanding within the MSB segment
* Drive business development and improve market presence in the SME ecosystem

🔹 Client Support
*Ensure timely and effective support to clients
* Work cross-functionally to ensure service excellence and issue resolution

⛓️ Requirements

* Strong experience working with MSBs or SMEs, preferably in business development or relationship management roles
* Native or fluent Arabic speaker (required)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong knowledge of the SME business landscape
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve results
